Why are we Christians so incoherent and defensive?
Q. Being a Christian and believing in God does not absolve us of using our brains. When someone asks a question (whether in accusation or curiosity) why can't we respond rationally and in a way that can be understood by other fellow english speakers? It's as if you don't understand your own faith or you don't understand the question. Be calm, be coherent, and be knowledgeable. Please stop hiding behind the literal bible words and speak plainly about what's in your heart and mind. Share your experiences. If you can't do the above then why would you answer the questions?

Did anyone else think Sarah Palin was at least somewhat incoherent?
Q. Hey, there wasn't anything that approached the near random phrases she gave to questions asked by Katie Couric, but it was still not something I would expect from a person seeking to be Vic President. Joe Biden, on the other hand, gave clear answers and stayed to the topic being asked. Hey, she was using plurals like "impacts" where the proper term was "impact" where it came to discussing global warming. That was hardly the only kind of grammatical mistake she was making either.

A. Yes. Read the transcript and you'll see how few sentences she actually completes. She has a difficult time with basic sentence structure- which is interesting as she majored in Journalism.

A. I don't know, it depends on how well you can handle your drink. But I don't think that type of reaction would be normal, I once drank 2 bottles of wine and a shot of absinthe, and I was obviously drunk, but I wasn't confused or incoherent.
