Do you have problems with public speaking?
Q. The course im doing at college involves a lot of showing and discussing our work infront of the class, i turn in to a gibbering wreak every time and seriously come close to fainting. My friend suggested vodka, which isnt a bad idea actually!! How do you deal with your nerves?

A. Everyone feels nervous, after all, it is all eyes on you. I suppose you could drink vodka, but you don't want to rely on it every time you have to speak in public. The thing that helps me is knowing exactly what I am going to say. I prepare notes on a small sheet of paper and take it with me when I do the presentation. Don't write out your speech word for word, but you can write something like: "Children's development - P.I.E.S >>> importance + how". For me, that means I have to speak about children's development, their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. Underneath I might write "developing relationships with people you work with - why, how". Simple writing in note-form can help prevent blabbering on and also… [cont.]

why do women giggle when they reach speeds of 50mph +?
Q. I am a man and I have nothing against crumpet, in fact I have had literally thousands , but I do find their driving somewhat erratic.Most women drive decently until they reach speeds of 50mph and they then become gibbering wrecks and giggle uncontrollably.Like I say I have had masses skirt in my time, so I do have respect for birds.

A. they giggle because not all women can reach 50mph. it like a honor for them to reach 50mph. I'm only 14 years old. my mom doesn't giggle coz she doesn't know how to drive. HAHA! anyway, as i've said, they giggle because it is part of their goal or dream. they are so funny!
